Dan Holmes boasts extensive experience in technical training and support, currently serving as a Technical Trainer at Picote Solutions since January 2021. Prior to this role, Dan worked at Dyno, a British Gas company, from July 2008 to December 2020, where responsibilities included Technical Support Manager and Franchise Improvement Manager, focusing on profitability, safety, and product development. Earlier roles at Dyno involved positions such as District Manager and Compliance & Technical Manager, emphasizing operational performance and compliance standards. Dan also owned and operated Holmes Services Ltd T/A Dyno-Rod from 2002 to 2008, generating significant turnover, and possesses a foundation in plumbing with experience in the British Merchant Navy and completing an industrial plumber apprenticeship.
