Alan Lawson has nearly a decade in service & project coordination, help desk support, applications support, process improvement, and metrics development, Alan manages the PICS ITech Service Desk. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and is starting on his ITIL certifications this year. Alan enjoys going to the museum, gaming, concerts, Sci-Fi, and working on the house, and can’t wait to go back to Italy. He is an Android guy.
