PICS Nepal is a mental health and psychosocial support organization with over 8 years of experience in promoting emotional well-being and resilience among individuals and communities.

We work at the intersection of psychology, counseling, and social awareness to address real-life challenges such as stress, trauma, relationship issues, and mental health concerns.

Through professional counseling services, capacity-building trainings, and community-based awareness programs, PICS Nepal creates safe and inclusive spaces where people can explore their thoughts, express their emotions, and find practical pathways toward healing and growth.

Our approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practices, and cultural sensitivity. We don’t just focus on problems - we focus on building skills, strengthening coping mechanisms, and empowering individuals to navigate life more consciously and confidently.

At PICS Nepal, mental health is not treated as a luxury: it is recognized as a fundamental part of overall well-being.
