Laurent Gaye

Laurent Gaye currently serves as the Chief Technology and Operations Officer and a member of the executive committee at Pictet Asset Management since June 2025. Prior to this role, Laurent held various positions at Pictet Group from July 2013 to June 2025, including Deputy Group CTO, Group Head of Tech Strategy, Innovation and Tech&Ops Finance, and Managing Director. Laurent also worked as the Head of Group Internal Audit and the Head of Technology and Security Internal Audit during that time. Prior experience includes roles at EY as Head of IT Audit and Advisory for Western Switzerland, as well as positions at CGI and SQLI as a Software Architect and Software Developer, respectively. Laurent holds an Executive MBA from IMD, completed between 2017 and 2018, and is pursuing a degree in Software Engineering at 3iL Ingénieurs, ongoing since 2003.
