Alberto Valenzuela

Alberto Valenzuela is the Managing Director of Pictet Bank and Trust Ltd in the Bahamas and the Global Team Head for Latam of the Pictet Group. He joined Pictet in August 2012 as Head of Private Wealth Management Latin America. He is also a member of the Executive Board of Pictet Wealth Management.

Before joining Pictet, he spent 19 years at Société Générale, where he ultimately became Deputy CEO of Société Générale Private Banking (Suisse) SA, with responsibility for all private-banking activities and Chairman of the subsidiary in the Bahamas.

A Swiss, Mexican and French national, Alberto is a graduate of France’s prestigious Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA). He also holds a Master of Management from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Paris and a BA in Economics from UCLA. Alberto is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
