Erwin Guillemaud

Erwin Guillemaud is a seasoned global compensation specialist with extensive experience in designing and managing remuneration policies, incentive plans, and compensation analysis. Currently serving as Head of Compensation Advisory at Pictet Group since March 2012, Erwin oversees the Trading division's incentive remuneration model and conducts regulatory monitoring for compliance with CRD4, AIFMD, and UCITS regulations. Prior to this role, Erwin worked as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at CC & T from June 2008 to February 2012, where responsibilities included conducting total rewards surveys and designing performance-linked compensation plans. Erwin's career began at BNP Paribas from April 2002 to June 2008, focusing on compensation review processes and the management of stock options programs across Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco, and Nassau.
