Hugo Hickson

Hugo Hickson is a seasoned professional in private equity, currently serving as Principal at Pictet Group since September 2020, focusing on strategy and ESG initiatives. Prior experience includes a range of roles at McKinsey & Company from February 2015 to August 2020, where responsibilities spanned Engagement Director, Engagement Manager, and Associate. Hugo's earlier positions include Brand Management at Procter & Gamble, a special assignment with UNICEF in the Latin America and Caribbean region, and Investment Manager at Kenya Education Partnerships. As a co-founder and Vice President of Beyond Profit, Hugo also contributed to educational efforts as a teacher for Cambridge Education Without Borders. Hugo completed both a BA (Hons) and an MA in Philosophy at the University of Cambridge between 2008 and 2011.
