Susan Taylor

Susan Taylor is a highly accomplished medical professional currently serving as a Professor of Dermatology and the Bernett Johnson Endowed Professor and Vice Chair for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Perelman School of Medicine since 2020. With a long-standing role as Medical Director at Society Hill Dermatology and Cosmetic Center since 1989, Susan specializes in both aesthetic procedures and comprehensive skincare solutions, including skin cancer and other dermatological treatments. Previously, Susan held the position of CEO at Rx for Brown Skin from 2004 to 2009 and served as the Founding Director of the Skin of Color Center at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Center from 1998 to 2009, promoting health initiatives for diverse populations. Academic credentials include an MD from Harvard Medical School and a BA in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
