Mark Steel

Mark Steel has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer, primarily in founding and co-founding companies. Mark started their career in 2004 at American Indian Health Services, LLC, where they played a key role in negotiating and overseeing the sale of the company. Mark also implemented various systems and sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals. From 2007 to 2020, they served as Chief Financial Officer & Co-Founder at Ocean Express Trading, LLC, where they successfully expanded operations to multiple countries and achieved significant revenue growth. Since 2020, Mark has been employed at Performulus, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer, where they have been responsible for managing overall financial operations and developing strategic management reporting packages. Overall, Mark Steel has proven expertise in financial management, tax planning, regulatory compliance, and business expansion.

Mark Steel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Utah. Mark has also obtained a CPA Certificate in New Mexico and Washington from the respective state societies of CPAs. In addition, they are a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Washington.
