Zachary Simms

Zachary Simms is a skilled colorist currently working at Picture Head since June 2023, where responsibilities include color-grading feature and episodic marketing materials and managing graphics DI alongside studio executives using Baselight and DaVinci Resolve. Prior to this role, Zachary served as an Assistant Colorist at Company 3 from February 2020 to June 2023, focusing on color and delivery for episodic projects utilizing DaVinci Resolve and Avid Media Composer. Zachary also gained experience as a Video Editor at AnimalCamp from April 2018 to January 2020, collaborating with prestigious clients on award-winning projects, and completed an internship as a Video Editor at Overlooked in 2019. Academically, Zachary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television Production from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies/Production from the University of Colorado Boulder, reflecting a strong foundation in film and editorial practices.
