Mike Davis

Mike Davis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mike currently holds the position of Media Operations Manager at The Picture Production Company, a role they have been serving since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Operations Manager at the same company from August 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining The Picture Production Company, Mike worked as a Post Production and IT Technician at Napster Group from May 2021 to November 2021.

Mike also has experience at MelodyVR, where they held various positions. Mike worked as a Post Production Technician from February 2020 to May 2021, as a Post Production Assistant from January 2018 to February 2020, and as a Freelance A/V Record Technician from June 2016 to December 2017.

In addition, Mike has experience as a Director at Grade from May 2016 to September 2017. Mike also worked as an Events Crew & Operations member at SMG Europe from March 2016 to July 2017.

Mike's early career included roles such as an Assistant Stage Manager at the BBC for one month in February 2016, a Stage Manager Assistant at Eye of the Storm in August 2015, a Stage Intern at Ibiza Rocks Group from June 2015 to July 2015, a Site Crew member at DHP Family for the No Tomorrow Festival in May 2015, and a Stage Crew member at the BBC in May 2015.

Mike Davis attended Backstage Academy from 2014 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Live Event Production (BA Hons) with a focus on Live Events Production. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, Mike studied at York College in York, UK, and completed a Level 3 Extended Diploma (BTEC) in Backstage Arts. Alongside their formal education, Mike obtained additional certifications in Practical Pyrotechnics Safety Awareness from Just FX in October 2014, and an Event Safety Passport from Safety Pass Alliance (SPA).
