Shimon S. has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Shimon started their career as the CEO of XMG, a consulting firm focused on helping Chinese and Western companies engage in business and achieve their profits. During their time at XMG, Shimon S. specialized in medical devices and healthcare, IoT, green material, agriculture, packaging, and manufacturing.

Following their role at XMG, Shimon S. held positions as the Director of BD China at Syneron Candela, where they contributed to business development efforts from 2007 to 2012, and as the Director of Business Development China at Gamida Cell Ltd. from 2011 to 2014.

In 2015, Shimon S. joined Medial EarlySign as the Director of BD China, where they successfully led business development initiatives in the Chinese market until 2018.

During 2018, Shimon S. co-founded two companies. The first, PicUP, focuses on optimizing B2C phone call performance and increasing sales for businesses through personalized messages and pictures. The second, FineTune Technologies, developed an innovative keyboard that combines physical and virtual keyboard benefits, leveraging big data and machine learning to enhance the user experience.

Shimon S. pursued their education from 1996 to 2000 at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Far East Studies and Chinese. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in Tel Aviv University's Executive Masters Program in Diplomacy and Business from 2000 to 2003, obtaining a Master's degree.
