Hamdi Alper Memis is the co-founder and CEO of Picus Security. Prior to this, they served as an advisor to the chairperson at Limak Group of Companies from December 2013 to November 2020. Before that, they were a senior associate at Turkish Treasury from November 2002 to December 2013, where they were responsible for analyzing financial markets, formulating medium-long term debt management strategy alternatives for the government, developing sovereign debt management decision making tools and financial models, analyzing financial implications of PPPs from Treasury’s point of view, conducting sustainability and sensitivity analysis of government debt stock, and monitoring cost-risk indicators regarding public debt.

Hamdi Alper Memis has an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, with a concentration in finance. Hamdi also has a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University. Hamdi is certified by the SPK – Capital Markets Board of Turkey in capital market activities level 3 license and derivative instruments license. Hamdi is also CFA certified by the CFA Institute.
