Tiffanny Jackson-Davey is the Vice President of People & Culture at Picus Security. Tiffanny has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, spanning multiple industries and countries.

Tiffanny started their career as a Human Resources Consultant with their own consultancy, Jackson-Davey HR Consultancy. Tiffanny then moved into the role of Human Resource Manager at Trigold, where they spent 7 years. After that, they became the Sports Centre Manager at the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames for 2 years.

In their current role as Vice President of People & Culture at Picus Security, Tiffanny is responsible for the complete security control validation platform. Tiffanny has been with Picus Security for 4 months. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources, International at Delinea for 4 years. Before that, they spent 8 years at BMT Group Limited in various HR roles, including Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner.

Tiffanny Jackson-Davey has a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science & Biology from St Mary's University College, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kingston University, and MCIPD and FCIPD qualifications in Human Resource Management from the CIPD. Tiffanny also has certification from The Coaching Academy in DISC, from OPP in MBTI Foundation Programme, and from TotalSDI in TotalSDI Certification.
