Christoph Klug

Christoph Klug has extensive experience in IT support and problem resolution, currently serving as a Dispatcher and 1st Level IT Support at PIDAS Österreich GmbH since March 2016, where responsibilities include routing, prioritization, and resolution of IT issues. Previously, Christoph worked as an IT Technician at Binder Biomasse from January 2010 to January 2014. Educational qualifications include studies at Tu-Graz from 2014 to 2016, a degree as an IT Technician from Landesberufsschule Eibiswald completed in 2012, and a technical education at HTL Bulme Graz-Gösting from 2005 to 2008.
