Tom Dalfo

Sr. Vice President, Real Estate Services at PIDC

Tom Dalfo has a diverse range of work experience in various positions related to real estate services and economic development. Tom began their career at Cooper's Ferry Development Association as a Project Manager from April 1992 to June 1997. Tom then joined the Philadelphia Water Department as the Director of Economic Development from June 1997 to June 1999. Tom Dalfo later worked at PIDC, initially as the Vice President of the Office of Defense Conversion from June 1999 to December 2002. Tom then held the position of Vice President of Real Estate Services from January 2003 to December 2012. Finally, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Real Estate Services at PIDC, where they currently hold the position as of January 2013.

Tom Dalfo attended Archbishop Wood High School but it is unclear when they graduated or whether they obtained a degree. Tom then pursued higher education at La Salle University, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & History. Lastly, Tom Dalfo attended the University of Pennsylvania, earning a Master of Government Administration degree in Government Administration.
