Humberto Arcaya

Humberto Arcaya has extensive experience as a Full Stack Developer. Humberto started their career at Cargofive in 2017, where they developed new integrations and functionalities to attract new clients and increase platform users. In 2018, they joined Carson eCommerce and played a key role in leading a frontend redesign and scalability project, improving the user experience. In 2019, they worked at Geor, aplicacion, where they led changes to enhance stability and fault tolerance in the billing and accounting service. Humberto also migrated popular modules to microservice systems and implemented unit tests for the core system. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at ePayco as a Full Stack Developer, responsible for integrations and improvements to enhance scalability and maintainability of payment processing. Currently, they are working at Yummy (YC S21) as a Full Stack Developer, focusing on developing integrations with third-party services and improving system performance.

Humberto Arcaya obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ingenieria en computacion from Universidad de Oriente in Venezuela. Humberto attended the university from 2016 to 2022. In addition to their degree, Humberto has earned several certifications, including EF SET English Certificate 52/100 (B2 UPPER INTERMEDIATE) from EF Standard English Test in May 2020. Humberto also obtained certifications in PHP avanzado, PHP basico, Desarrollo con PHP y Laravel, and Curso de Angular 4 from Platzi in various months and years between 2018 and 2019.
