Akshay Kurhade

Akshay Kurhade is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at Pidilite Industries Limited since October 2021, Akshay is instrumental in establishing critical business ecosystems related to tinting operations, including the development of standard operating procedures and business analytics. Prior to this role, Akshay worked as a Regional Service Officer at Asian Paints from December 2017 to September 2021, where leadership skills were demonstrated by managing a large team of engineers in a geographically diverse region. Akshay’s career began with roles as a Sales & Service Engineer and Graduate Engineer Trainee at Vighneshwar Airconditioning Pvt. Ltd., followed by co-founding Rainbow Academy, achieving significant profitability and academic success. Akshay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a PGDM in Business Administration and Management from Welingkar Institute of Management.
