Ayush Popli has a diverse work experience across various industries. Ayush currently holds the position of Business Head (Consumer Products - Auto & Tapes) at Pidilite Industries Limited, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, Ayush worked at Castrol from 2013 to 2023, holding several roles including Category Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Brand Activation Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. Before Castrol, Ayush also had a Summer Internship at Agro Tech Foods Limited in 2012 and worked as a Software Engineer at IBM India Software Lab Pvt. Ltd. from 2009 to 2011.

Ayush Popli completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Engineering from COEP Technological University from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, from 2011 to 2013.
