Rahul Sinha

Rahul Sinha is the current Chief Human Resource Officer at Pidilite Industries. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Birla Sun Life Insurance and the Group Brand Head at Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited. Rahul was also responsible for setting up the corporate marketing function of Kotak Mahindra Group. Before that, Sinha was the Head of Marketing at Kotak Mahindra Old Life Insurance Limited where they were part of the management team that took Kotak from being a niche player to a big player in Insurance. Prior to that, they were the Marketing Manager at ITC Limited from June 1995 to August 2004.

Rahul Sinha graduated from the De Nobili School with an ICSE in Science. Rahul then went on to study Petroleum Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, where they completed their B.Tech. Finally, they completed a PGDM in Marketing & Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

They are on a team with Salil Dalal - Chief Operating Officer, Emerging India, Anubhav Saxena - President, R&D, and Gautam Suri - President, Maintenance & Repair Division. Their manager is Bharat Puri, Managing Director.
