To realize the strategic program for the petrochemical industries, numerous plans have been written and gradually the preliminary execution of them were prepared. These plans can guarantee valuable results like benefiting from the value added oil goods, employment and the smoothing of the transfer from single product economy of crude oil export to a versatile one. The National Petrochemical Company transferred the implementation of development plans to local and foreign investors using authorized international technologies. This goes in accordance with the policy of decentralization in order to benefit from popular partnership and to flourish public companies on the way of accepting part of the strategic projects.
