PIDY (Patisserie Industriel Dehaeck Ypres) started as a family business for 50 years and is now property of Bouvard Group since July 2016. Pidy Gourmet is a global specialist in ambient and frozen “ready to fill” pastry products. Pidy produces pastry products in many shapes and sizes, using many different types of sweet and neutral dough including choux, shortcrust, croustade, sponge cakes, cones and génoise.
