Hassan Ahmed Khan has extensive experience in e-commerce and customer service, currently serving as Deputy Manager of E-commerce & Customer Care at Pie in the Sky since December 2018, where previous roles included Senior Team Lead E-commerce and Supervisor of Sales Operations. Prior to this, Hassan was a Customer Relations Manager at UNITED KING from June 2016 to December 2018 and started as a Customer Service Representative at IBEX | Global in early 2015. Hassan holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Iqra University, completed in November 2022, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Karachi University, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
