Juan then moved on to ALPS, A DST Company in 2012, serving as a Fund Accountant and ensuring accurate calculations of net asset values and shareholder transactions. In 2014, Juan worked at Evans Senior Investments as an Exit Strategy Specialist, where they consulted with senior housing portfolio owners, generated new business opportunities, and assisted in the planning of exit strategies. Juan also gained experience as a Tech Recruiter & Business Development Manager at Network Search Associates, where they led business development efforts and implemented CRM software. In 2015, Juan founded Seeabout, a location-based social and dating app, where they formulated strategic direction and implemented business development initiatives. Their most recent role is with Pie Insurance, where they started in 2018 as an Inside Sales Representative and has progressed to become a Team Lead for Account Management.
Juan Diaz de Leon attended Colorado State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. In 2010, they also participated in an Economics Study Abroad Program at Kingston University in London, UK.
