Prior experience includes positions at Miraval Group as Group Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator, and at Travaasa Experiential Resorts, where Riley held roles such as Sales Coordinator and Guest Services Concierge. Additional experience includes a post-graduate internship as a Concierge Services Assistant at The Resort at Paws Up and various positions in event management and leadership within academic organizations. Riley holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration with a focus on Special Events and Tourism from California State University, Chico.
