René Guillaume

René Guillaume has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. René served as the CEO at Pie Medical Imaging from January 2016 onwards and was also the Director of Sales, Marketing & Support from September 2004 until December 2015. René Guillaume was responsible for worldwide sales, marketing, product management, and support at Pie Medical Imaging. René has also been a Member of the Board of Esaote Europe B.V. since June 2017. In addition, René Guillaume was the CEO at 3mensio Medical Imaging starting from October 2016. Prior to these roles, they worked as the Director of Sales & Marketing at an Investment Group from May 2002 to July 2004. René Guillaume's career also includes a long tenure at Lucent Technologies, where they served as the Business Development Director from 1992 to 2002, and at Bull as the Marketing Manager from 1985 to 1992.

René Guillaume earned an MSc in Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 1978 to 1985. René also attended INSEAD in 1995 for a course in Marketing Telecommunication and London Business School in 1997 for a Leadership development programme. Additionally, René Guillaume completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Business/Managerial Economics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).
