Lindsay Hill has worked as a software engineer, application specialist, and application developer. In 2022, they began working as a Software Engineer for Pieces, primarily as a Backend Java Developer assisting with the development of Pieces Connect, a cloud-based case management and referral web application. Lindsay used Java, Spring, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. In 2020, they began working as an Application Specialist for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, where they contributed full stack development work. Lindsay created web service applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Hibernate, as well as designing the front-end of a web-service application using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. In 2019, they began working as an Application Developer for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, where they were responsible for analyzing user functions and requirements, reviewing, planning, designing, developing, and testing of automated applications systems to support the business needs of the organization. Lindsay developed a system of ~15 Java object-based tables in a database used to maintain the application, display information in a user-friendly way, and document user activity.
Lindsay Hill obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Arts and Technology from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2014, after having started their studies in 2010. Lindsay then pursued a Master of Fine Arts in Arts and Technology from the same university, graduating in 2017.
