David Moore is a seasoned restaurant consultant with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Since 2005, David has provided valuable consultancy services to established restaurants seeking growth, new owners needing assistance in setting up, and businesses looking for guidance on various operational aspects. As the owner of Pied à Terre since 1991, David has successfully maintained its Michelin star status for 25 years, while also opening the Michelin-starred L'Autre Pied in 2007 to set standards in fine dining. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Restaurant Manager at Le Manoir aux Quat Saison, where David honed skills alongside renowned chef Raymond Blanc. David's educational background includes studies at Blackpool College of Further and Higher Education from 1980 to 1986.
