Jean A. Golden-Rumer, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Organizational Development at Piedmont Advantage Credit Union, having advanced through various roles including Organizational Development Manager and Learning Manager, where responsibilities included redesigning onboarding curriculum and developing assessment resources. In addition to this role, Jean is actively involved with the PACU Foundation as President and Fundraising Chairperson. Previous experience includes positions at Applebee's, Hibbett Sporting Goods, and Huntington National Bank, showcasing a strong background in management, customer service, and marketing. Jean holds dual B.S. degrees in Management and Marketing from Davis and Elkins College.
