With over 30 years of experience in banking and consulting, Nicholas has held key positions such as SVP, Chief Risk Officer at The Piedmont Bank and SVP, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Audit Executive at Spirit of Texas Bank. Their expertise includes spearheading risk management functions, internal audit, compliance, and operational functions. Nicholas also has experience in consulting for financial institutions on risk management, AML/BSA, and internal controls. With a background in economics/management from State University of New York Cortland, Nicholas has a strong foundation in financial management and risk assessment.
