Debra Keatts has over 30 years of experience in the customer service and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Piedmont Community Health Plan since January 2020, Debra previously held roles including Branch Banker III at BB&T from March 2011 to May 2019 and Workforce Service Representative at the Virginia Employment Commission from January 2010 to March 2011.
