Emily Lucas has over a decade of experience in administrative and technical roles, currently serving as an IT Manager at Piedmont Door Solutions since April 2018, where responsibilities include managing IT systems, ensuring data security, and implementing strategic solutions. Prior to this, Emily held positions such as Systems Coordinator at Piedmont Door Solutions, National Processing Center Coordinator at UTC Climate, Controls & Security, and various roles at Belk, focusing on customer service, data management, and project coordination. Emily is equipped with a Graduate Certificate and Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the same institution.
