Kathryn Sheriff is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Employee Engagement at Piedmont Family YMCA since October 2022, Kathryn focuses on implementing the organization's Talent Management Plan and enhancing recruiting and onboarding processes. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Scheduling at Chick-fil-A Woodbrook, where scheduling for approximately 80 team members was managed, and as an Internet Analyst at RaterLabs, Inc., specializing in the effectiveness of search engine results. Kathryn also worked as the Lead Preschool Teacher at Little Lambs Learning Center, where age-appropriate curriculum and parental communication were prioritized, and as a Social Studies Teacher at Franklin County Schools, tasked with instructing diverse 8th-grade students. Kathryn holds a BA in History, Political Science, and French from James Madison University and a MS Ed. in Secondary Education from Old Dominion University.
