Dona Neal

Dona Neal has extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as Branch Manager and Business Development Manager at Piedmont Federal Savings Bank since April 2018. Prior to this role, Dona held the position of Branch Manager at First National Bank of Pennsylvania from July 2017 to April 2018 and managed branches at Carolina Bank from October 2013 to June 2017. Earlier in the career, Dona served as Director of Electronic Banking and Director of Retail Banking at Southern Community Bank and Trust from September 1998 to January 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from UNC-Greensboro and Retail Banking Graduate Studies from the CBA - Graduate School of Retail Banking.
