Filomena da Silva Wampler SHRM-CP PHR serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Piedmont Federal Savings Bank since December 2009 and concurrently owns MenaRick Vineyard & Winery, established in January 2008, which focuses on Spanish and Portuguese varietals in the Yadkin Valley. Filomena Wampler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston College, earned between 1977 and 1981.
