Steven Boos

Steven Boos is a healthcare executive with extensive experience in program operations, particularly in value-based care and electronic health record (EHR) integration. Currently serving as the Director of Program Operations for Piedmont since October 2021, Steven drives innovation and improvements in patient access within the Primary Care network. Prior to this role, Steven contributed to the growth of Piedmont Healthcare as the Implementations and Program Development Manager, and served in various leadership positions at ChenMed, including Director of Center. A solid foundation in operational efficiencies and clinical outcomes was established through earlier roles at Piedmont Healthcare and other organizations, focusing on Epic EHR support and application coordination. Steven holds a Master of Health Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Sales from the University of Georgia.
