Amy Caulder

Amy Caulder, RPA, FMA, currently serves as Assistant Property Manager at Piedmont Office Realty Trust, a position held since September 2021. Previously, Amy worked at Cousins Properties Incorporated for 14 years, ascending through various roles including Property Manager and Administrative Manager. Prior experience also includes serving as Account Manager at The Lightship Group, where responsibilities involved planning and executing national and international advertising tours for high-profile clients. Early career experience includes an internship focused on event planning and fundraising at the Tallahassee Museum of History & Natural Science. Academically, Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and English Literature from Florida State University and a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Central Florida.
