Blake Rawlins

Blake Rawlins possesses extensive experience in construction management and development, currently serving as Vice President - Construction at Piedmont Office Realty Trust since June 2015, with a progression from Director to Construction Manager within the company. Prior to this role, Blake held the position of Senior Director of Development at Holder Properties from May 2008 to May 2015, and served as Vice President of Contracts & Engineering at Ransom Financial Group, focusing on civil design and development management for single-family subdivisions in the north metro Atlanta region from April 2004 to May 2008. Earlier career experiences include managing commercial construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M as a Project Manager at Foster and Company General Contractors from June 1999 to March 2004. Blake earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University between 1995 and 1999.
