David Ketcham

David Ketcham has served as General Manager since 2021. In this capacity, Mr. Ketcham oversees property management operations for over 3 million square feet across their Minnesota and Chicago portfolios. Mr. Ketcham is an active member of BOMA, and brings over 25 years of management experience to Piedmont. Mr. Ketcham is a recognized real estate industry leader and a former chairman of St. Paul BOMA’s Board of Directors. He also served for 12 years on BOMA International’s Awards Committee.
