Tanya Piney

Tanya Piney is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in HR functions. Currently serving at Piedmont Plastics since November 2006, Tanya ensures effective recruitment, management, and utilization of human resources in Canadian divisions, while providing leadership in corporate HR procedures, employment administration, recruitment, compensation and benefits management, payroll, training and development, health and safety, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Tanya held the position of Human Resources Manager at ATS Automation from March 2004 to October 2006. Tanya holds a Human Resources Business Diploma in Human Resources Management from Durham College, earned between 1994 and 1997.
