Valentina Gnup

Valentina Gnup is an experienced English teacher currently working at Piedmont Unified School District since October 2015. Previously, Valentina served as an English teacher at Bishop O'Dowd and Piedmont High School from September 2015 to June 2016. Prior to teaching, Valentina worked as a Human Services Specialist for the Oregon Department of Human Services and as a Data Collector for the Northwest Coalition for Adolescent Health Project at Philliber Research Associates. Additional teaching experience includes an instructor position at Clark College, where curricula were developed for composition, grammar, and communication courses, as well as a role at Greensboro College, focusing on composition, journalism, and literature. Valentina holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Antioch University Los Angeles and a Bachelor's degree with a Secondary Teaching Credential in Communications and English from California State University, Fullerton.
