Marcus Cantu

Marcus Cantu has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and software development. Marcus currently holds the position of VP of Engineering at Upside Cooperative and pieFi. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Sokiyo and Simply, and as a Senior Software Engineer at SolutionStream. Marcus also gained experience at 3M as a Software Engineer and Software Engineering Intern. In addition, Marcus founded and served as the CEO of Imdalo. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Junior Software Developer at Happy Jack Software, Inc. where they implemented various enhancements and optimizations to improve efficiency. Marcus began their professional journey as a Student Worker at Western Wyoming Community College, where they provided assistance with administrative tasks and HTML page development.

Marcus Cantu attended Pinedale High School from 2012 to 2016 and earned their High School Diploma. Marcus then enrolled at Western Wyoming Community College from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science. Subsequently, they entered the University of Wyoming in 2018 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 2020.
