Pieminister
Laura Nudd is an experienced operations and general manager with a strong background in the retail and finance sectors. Currently serving as Central Operations Manager for Pieminister since October 2021 and General Manager for The New World Trading Company since August 2020, Laura has successfully held various leadership roles within Pieminister and other organizations. Previous positions include Retail Finance at Pieminister from February 2019 to August 2020 and Operations Manager/General Manager at Carluccio's from May 2006 to February 2019. Laura's career began as General Manager at Café Rouge from January 2003 to April 2006. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London, between 1998 and 2001, and completed secondary education at Beaconsfield High School from 1992 to 1998.
