Phillip Dibb

Phillip Dibb is an experienced engineering consultant specializing in automation controls, currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Pieper Electric, Inc. since January 2011. Dibb has extensive experience managing electrical engineering departments and coordinating highly technical design projects for industrial and civil applications. Previous roles include serving as an instructor in Automation Systems Technology at Waukesha County Technical College and as the Director of Fire Product Development at ProPhoenix. Dibb has also held managerial positions in engineering at Oilgear and worked in the US Air Force Reserve, where leadership and operations management were key responsibilities. Education includes an EET in Electronics from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
