Frazer Thompson, Ph.D., P.E. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Frazer currently works as the Principal at SpecTHINK, LLC, where they provide independent situation analysis and problem-solving services to businesses and individuals. Their focus is on business continuity, strategic growth, and navigating the uncertainties of the "new normal." Prior to this, Frazer served as the VP of Operations at Pier 39, managing all aspects of the lifecycle of the organization and developing a strategic plan for post-pandemic growth.

Frazer also has experience in counseling and therapy, working as a Substance Abuse Counselor/Therapist at The House of Acts, providing support to marginalized populations. Frazer has also worked as an Advisor/Consultant at AdvisoryCloud, providing guidance to organizations. Frazer has a background in engineering, having founded TC & I and served as the Owner/Principal. TC & I offer engineering, utilities, and construction services, as well as research and development of energy-saving technologies.

Additionally, Frazer has worked at California State University, Northridge as Part-Time Faculty/Program Manager/Lecturer/Researcher, and at NBC Universal as a Project Director. Frazer also has experience working at Disneyland Resort as an Assistant Manager, responsible for hiring and managing a technical team, and as a Disneyland Diver. Frazer has also worked at Universal Studios Japan as a Ride/Show Engineer.

Frazer Thompson, Ph.D., P.E. has a diverse and extensive education history. Frazer began their academic journey at Griffith University from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained an ADJ in Jazz with a focus on Jazz Performance. Later, from 1993 to 1998, Thompson attended California State University, Northridge, earning a BA in Music with a minor in Music Technology.

Continuing their education in engineering, Thompson pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge, specializing in Energy, Economics, and Fluids, from 2001 to 2005. Frazer then went on to complete their Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, concentrating on Energy and Thermo-Fluids with a specific focus on The Stirling Engine, from 2006 to 2010, at the same institution.

Thompson's pursuit of knowledge extended beyond mechanical engineering. In 2016, they engaged in Certificated Learning at the Cockrell School of Engineering, The University of Texas at Austin, specializing in Petroleum Engineering. Subsequently, they pursued another Certificated Learning program in Alcohol & Drug Counseling at InterCoast Colleges-Sacramento from 2018 to 2019.

With a thirst for expertise in the realm of engineering and technology, Thompson embarked on a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program from 2015 to 2020 at Northcentral University. Their Ph.D. studies focused on Engineering & Technology - Organizational Analytics as well as the Bedouin of the Sinai & Negev.

And finally, in 2020, Frazer Thompson engaged in a one-year Post-doctoral Scholar program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Northcentral University.
