Charlotte Maury

Charlotte Maury currently serves as Présidente and CEO at PIERCAN since March 2024. Prior to this role, Charlotte was Managing Director for France, Benelux, Poland, and distributors at Urgo Medical from January 2019 to March 2024, overseeing a sales cluster of €150M with full P&L responsibility and managing 250 employees. Charlotte was also a member of the Urgo Medical International Leadership Team. Previously, Charlotte held multiple positions at Grünenthal Group from October 2016 to January 2019, including Marketing & Commercial Excellence Director and General Manager for France. Charlotte's career began at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities included Head of Marketing for Diabetes and other senior brand management roles from July 2009 to March 2015. Charlotte also worked as a Strategy Consultant at Arthur D. Little from 2007 to 2009. Educational background includes a degree from HEC Paris, achieved between 2003 and 2007.
