Scot Needham

Scot Needham started their career in 1988 as a Territory Sales Manager at REYNOLDS METALS COMPANY, where they worked until 1999. Scot then joined Pechiney as a Territory Sales Manager from 1999 to 2003. In 2003, Needham became the Vice President at Pierce Aluminum, their current role.

Scot Needham attended McNeese State University from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Scot then pursued further education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Graduate School from 1989 to 1993, where they completed coursework towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
