Tim Winter, SE, LEED AP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Pierce Engineers, Inc., a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Tim was an Associate at WSP USA from September 2015 to July 2021, and held the position of Project Engineer at Halvorson and Partners (now WSP USA) from January 2007 to July 2021. Tim's early experience includes internships at Sargent & Lundy and Abonmarche. Tim obtained a Master of Structural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2010, following a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2006.

Pierce Engineers is a structural engineering firm based in the Midwest, working with clients across the nation.
