Costas Georghiou

Costas leads PGAL’s engineering practice, leveraging more than 35 years of hands-on practice in all aspects of transportation and development projects. His expertise includes planning, design, construction management, and program management of public and private projects for all types of infrastructure projects.

Costas has led numerous high-profile projects, including the City of Houston’s Street + Bridge Program, the McCarran International Airport Terminal 3 Departure Level Bridge structure, Section 5 of the METRO Red Line, and infrastructure for the Texas A&M University Park West development.

He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Houston and is actively involved in Associated General Contractors of America, American Consulting Engineering Council, and the Texas Good Roads Association.
