Michael’s 26-year tenure at PGAL includes serving as principal and senior project manager on a diverse range of new construction and historic restoration projects. Experienced in various construction delivery systems, he is skilled in fast-track methodologies that involve multiple bid packaging and phased construction processes.

Recent projects completed by Michael include the Terminal C Modular High C Gates at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport; Grimes County Courthouse; U.S. Federal Courthouse in Ft. Pierce, Florida; United Baggage Expansion at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, the K-12 School and Dormitories at Village School in Houston; and the Interim Data Center at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. His historic restoration portfolio includes the award-winning City of Houston Bethel Baptist Church Park as well as Leonel J. Castillo Community Center in Houston.

Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental design from Texas A&M University. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects.
